Tooele's Downtown businesses are sponsoring BID TO GIVE! It's a chance to get some really great stuff at a low price -- PLUS the money goes to charity AND you can use your receipt as a charitable donation for taxes. Here's how it works: Downtown businesses have donated items to put up for auction. All you need to do to get these items is be the highest bidder. The money collected from the highest bid goes to charity... so if you bid the most, you get cool stuff and you support a local charity.
homebodies has two bids to compete for, both of them including $20 gift certificates.

Upgrades Etcetera Computers, 26 West Vine -- donating a full computer system including monitor, keyboard, speakers and a mouse
Chamber of Commerce, 86 South Main -- donating a gift basket including gift certificates, shirts, hats and other goodies
Granny's Closet, 18 North Main -- donating a decorated window
Tooele Overstock Store, 5 North Main -- donating a rocking chair and a 5x7 wool rug
