Photos of Valentine's Day Items

Valentine's Day has arrived!

Valentine's has arrived at homebodies... we have lots of fun stuff to help you get in the mood for love. Check out some of our pictures on our facebook page! But not everything is posted, so come on in and say hi and see what more we have to offer! xoxoxo

ALL Pillows 20% off!!!

All of our pillows are 20% off. Our black and white collection features 3 different styles...geometric, the "peacock pillow" and the paisley pillow. Priced at $12 - $14.... they drop down even lower with the 20% discount. These pillows look good alone, but even better when grouped together.

Our Chandler 4 Corners are high-quality, hand-hooked, 100% New Zealand wool pillows. They've been featured in Sundance catalog (for a lot more $!) and are the perfect decorative accent when it comes to adding warmth and color into your home. They come in both 14" and 18" square. After the 20% discount, the pillows are priced at just over $38 and $54.... You won't find them for a better price! Some of our Chandler 4 Corners favorites include the Ski Utah pillow and the big brown moose on a striking red background.

Wintertime Bargains

We have lots of wintertime bargains that include nice items to dress up your own house or to give away as a thoughtful gift. Ideas include our Seasons' Greetings door mat (only 2 left). Priced at $11 (regularly $23), they are worth storing until next year. We also have a nice selection of unique candles, which can be "matched" with out beautiful boxes of matches ($2 each) to create a unique gift or housewarming present. Our marked-down match boxes includes a pine and poinsettia design (artwork shown). We also have a good selection of marked-down wintertime florals including wreaths, candle rings and pinecone and berry trees.

Creative Photo Displays

Here are a few creative ways to display photos... and easy! I've come across both these items a few times while scouring the DI for "trash to treasures." My favorite of the two is the metal matress springs.... the colorful clothes pins really make it pop! You could also spray paint the springs a bright color and make the clothes pins white... I have the perfect wall space in my own home for this project...

The old shutters are also easy to transform into a photo collage... what's best is there's no need to spruce them up - they're used condition only gives them more charm.

Easy to Make Snowman Treats

These Smiling Snow Faces are too cute and waaay easy to make. It's the perfect activity for your children while the snow is falling outside.

here's what you'll need:

- mini white powdered donuts

- candy corn for the noses

- frosting or mini chocolate chips for the eyes and smily face ... the chocolate chips don't stick to the powdered donuts so use frosting to attach them securely.
